Q.Does the price include delivery?
A.Price includes delivery within a 10-mile radius from our warehouse, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out.
Standard delivery/pickup only to tailgate drop off or the first area of the house/Hall/Hotel or business (Door to Door I Truck to Door).
Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Q.Does price include set up/tear down?
A.No but you can choose to get setup/tear down for a fee which includes setting up within 100 feet from our trucks and there is a hardscape surface upon which heavy objects can be wheeled with no stairs or obstructions narrower than 50 inches (grass, gravel, and dirt are not hardscapes). In the event setup is beyond this assumption, there will be an additional labor charge
THE AREA NEEDS TO BE READY/CLEAN TO PLACE THE FURNITURE, OUR STAFF IS NOT ALLOWED TO MOVE ANYTHING. IF YOUR AREA IS NOT READY, WE WILL LEAVE THE FURNITURE AT THE ENTRY OF YOUR PLACE (House, Church, Venue, etc).
Q.Does the standard 6 hour rental time include your set up time?
A.No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time for your event
Q.When do you set up?
A.That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the event location.
Q.We've rented some really dirty furniture from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A.No. The furniture should be clean when you get it. Lounge Party Rentals LLC cleans and disinfects after every rental.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes all orders require a $50 Credit Card deposit. The are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract ?
A.Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Q.Are we responsible for the furniture if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. If damage occurs due to negligence you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the furniture which can be expensive. We don't want you or us to be in that situation
